Justin was born in a village southwestern Tanzania. After graduating from primary school, he spent 5 years working in his father’s rice field before his brother came, got him and encouraged him to go to school. Justin excelled and was the top of his class and went on to university. He spent every school break and vacation mobilizing villages to build more classrooms and start new schools.  

Justin now is the head of the education department in Tanzania, teaches project management at our leadership college and has helped start 10 schools. He works closely with our college graduates as the head of our International Teams and is a key mentor for the Village Schools leaders in other countries.
