Come Teach.

If you are a Christian and you are a teacher (or willing to be trained to be a teacher) and are willing to serve the Lord as a missionary teacher in Africa, e-mail us and we'll answer your questions and send you a preliminary application.

In addition to our on-going need for teachers to teach everything from Physics to English, our goal is to choose and send 32 missionary teachers to Tanzania in September 2007 to teach an Intensive English Course for 4 months in order to prepare new students to enter high school.

Help With School Supplies and Library Books.

If you would like to help organize people to donate school supplies, library books or used laptop computers, e-mail us and we'll answer your questions and share with you the kinds of school supplies that we need, what kind of books we are hoping to get donated, particulars of the types of used laptop computers we need, and how you can go about doing this.

Donate Money.

If you would like to contribute financially, you can send a check made out to Equip at Box 1126, Marion, NC 28752 in the USA or Box 683, Duncan, BC V9L 3Y1 in Canada with a notation that your donation is for Village Schools International. If you would like to help a teacher go to Africa, indicate that. If you have an interest in helping build a school, let us know. If you want your money to go for scholarship funds, indicate that as well. Our biggest need right now is for funds to help with the building program.

Pray.

If you would like more information and regular updates so that you can actively pray for the ministry of Village Schools International please e-mail us and let us know if you would prefer receiving updates by e-mail or by mail (or both!). We'll be happy to put you on the list of people receiving our updates.

Share Your Ideas.

If you are a teacher and have teaching aids or other creative ideas that you are willing to share with us, please let us know. E-mail us and we'll discuss with you how we can put your expertise, your creativity and the resources you have to work helping teachers in Africa do a better job in the classroom. If you have resource materials or teaching aids that you would like to donate, we would be thankful. Everything from powerpoint presentations to collections of digital pictures and creative math puzzles can be used.
